Introduction to the Scholars Residence
The eligible users of the Scholars' Residence and their order of priority are as follows:
1.Academicians of Academia Sinica and their family members.
2.Academia Sinica staff visiting the Southern Campus for research or official business.
3.Domestic and international scholars invited by Academia Sinica for visits, lectures, or research.
4.Participants in conferences or academic seminars held at the Southern Campus. 5.Academia Sinica staff and their family members.
6.Personnel from government agencies or incorporated entities associated with Shalun Science City that engage in business cooperation or exchanges with Academia Sinica and visit the Southern Campus on official business.
● Non-official business reservations for Academia Sinica employees are limited to bookings one month prior to the stay.

Rates for single-bed and twin-bed rooms are based on the standard rate of the Guest Rooms at the Academia Sinica Academic Activities Center. Rates do not include breakfast.
● Scholars Residence Room Rates:
1. Single-bed Room : NT$1,300.
2. Twin-bed Room : NT$1,600.
3. Accessible Twin-bed Room : NT$1,600.
● No extra beds or accommodations will be provided for additional guests; one set of amenities is provided per bed.
● Check-in begins at 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Late check-out incurs an additional NT$100 per hour. For check-outs after 17:00, a full day's room rate will be charged.

Services and Facilities
1.Internet Services:Wireless internet is available on all floors.
2.Self-service Laundry:A coin-operated washer and a dryer are available on both the 3rd and 5th floors.
3.Water Dispensers:Each floor is equipped with a water dispenser offering hot, warm, and cold water.
